AZM® with Activate Technology

AZM® with Activate Technology sets a new industry benchmark for corrosion control with the addition of magnesium into the zinc-aluminum coating. Magnesium forms a chemical reaction with aluminum and activates sacrificial characteristics not previously present. The result is a product that provides self-sealing protection.

  1. Roll forming steel at high temperatures prevents coatings, such as paint, from developing microscopic cracks at the bends. If you look at the bends of a regular panel with a microscope you'll notice very visible cracks in the paint, unless the is paint soft. Since Everlast Heat Forms™, their panels show virtually no cracking. Steel Vendor - Western, PA
  2. Everlast Roofing, Inc. uses harder paints, so their panels don't scratch as easily as other brands. During construction soft paints scratch more easily. Anything from walking on the roof, debris from storms, sliding snow and ice, and leaning ladders can all lead to scratching in softer paint. These scratches will cause early failure. Paint Vendor -Ohio
  3. At the core of their panels, Everlast Roofing, Inc. uses heavier and stronger steel on their products. The galvanized and galvalume coatings on Everlast Roofing, Inc. products are much heavier when compared to their competitors. Steel Vendor - Indiana
  4. After the galvanic coating, Everlast Roofing, Inc. uses zinc phosphate to increase paint adherence. They also design their profiles with more bends. This increases strength significantly, makes their profiles more attractive, and allows them to withstand greater snow and wind loads. An all around best buy for any project. Paint Vendor - Minnesota
  1. Innovative products and on-time service are some of the few reasons that Everlast Roofing, Inc. is one of the only major steel roofing and siding manufacturers in the nation that is growing. Post-frame contractor - Southeastern, PA
  2. One of the secrets to Everlast Roofing Inc.'s success, seems to be their unique proprietary Heat Form™ process. Few manufacturers even attempt to Heat Form™. Metal Distributor - Western, NY
  3. I really appreciate that they use heavier steel. The guys on my crew don’t have to constantly stress about damaging the panel. Contractor - Indiana
  4. It gives me peace of mind that a manufacturer would go to such great lengths to make sure the materials I’m selling to my customers are top quality. They vet every supplier with independent testing, instead of just taking their word for it. Building Products Supplier - Michigan
