Our History

1996

Everlast Roofing, Inc. incorporates as a privately held company.

1997

Everlast Roofing, Inc. opens its doors with four employees and forms its first metal roofing and siding panels for the agricultural markets at its facility in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The first run was held on February 14, 1997.

1998

Everlast Roofing, Inc. moves its facility to 239 North 5th Avenue, Lebanon, PA, a former steel foundry site.

Expanded product line to include Architectural panels.

1999

Expanded product line to include Commercial panels.

Streamlined shipping services by internalizing its own fleet of trucks.

2003

Metal Roofing Solutions, Bridgton, Maine, acquired by Everlast Roofing, becomes an Everlast Roofing manufacturing facility employing five employees.

2004

Everlast Roofing begins expanding into the Midwest with plans for a manufacturing facility in Indiana to serve customers better and increase market share.

Expanded fleet of trucks grows to 15 vehicles, providing service to distributors and making on-site deliveries from all three locations (PA, IN, ME).

Started to trademark company signature products and processes, ensuring that Everlast Roofing has proprietary brand recognition in the construction industry.

2005

Production and delivery serve customers in 22 states throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions.

Three manufacturing facilities produce over 18 million lineal feet per year.

The company is the second largest manufacturer of light gauge metal building products in the northeast tier/mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.

2006

Featured on the Pennsylvania Cable Network

Celebrated 10 Years.

2007

Introduced the OMNI generation, a panel of unprecedented barrier protection and paint adhesion.

Launched our new "exclusive" paint System - Synergy.

2009

Everlast moved from our Lebanon location to our new state-of-the-art building in the Lebanon Valley Industrial Park.

2011

First in the industry to launch and introduce a 28-gauge panel for the light gauge market.

2013

Expanded Midwest Territory to include Kentucky and Tennessee.

2014

Opened Everlast Roofing Distribution center in Painesville, OH, to increase production capacity and offer a quick turnaround.

2016

Moved facility from Painesville, OH to Orwell, OH to allow for facility expansion.

2017

Introduced the Next Generation of Metal Roofing to include the COLORBOND Paint System and AZM.

2019

Expanded product line to include W-LOC Aluminum Soffit.

2020

Started manufacturing of The Answer RDP Woodscrew. Developed to offer a long-life solution over standard fasteners.

Introduced the Universal Ridge Vent Foam eliminating the challenges of finding appropriate ridge vent foam that performs at the same quality as an Everlast product.

2021

Launched our polycarbonate panels, ridge caps and flat sheets.
